Holiday house with sea view and free parking – Milna

House guests have on use:
- spacious, landscaped garden of 540 m2 with a Mediterranean garden with palm trees, olive trees, rosemary, tamaris, lavender, ornamental shrubs and trees and herbs - oregano, mint, mint, laurel and parsley to add to your culinary abilities and as a hedonistic experience for your palate .
- Covered terrace of 27 m2, is an extended open-air living room, with a possibility to adjust the shade with a movable pergola, two tables, 2 benches and chairs, for socializing and banqueting.
- Sunbathing terrace 30 m2 with deck chairs and marina deck chair and large sunshade.
- Stone paved yard and private car park for 2 cars, free of charge.
- Private berth for boats up to 16 met. , free of charge.
- On the beach, 1 meter away from the villa, there are sun loungers, umbrellas and a private shower only for guests of villa Eremita.

Comments and prices:
Limited power consumption for strong consumers: air conditioners, oven. Air conditioners are installed on the ground floor and are used individually, sparingly and with limited extra charge. At the top floor, there are two fans.
- The villa is rented as one unit. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
- The maximum number of people including children is 8 (6 + 2-3?)
- The displayed price is for 6 persons. Guests (adults or children) who are using extra beds, are free of charge.
- Child up to 2 years in a baby cot free of charge.
- Small pets free of charge in their cribs. Dogs do not use beds and other furniture in the villa. There are pans for food and water.
- We approve special discounts for guests staying longer than one week.

The hosts stay in a separate area-basement and do not disturb the guests. Hosts are available at their guests 24 hours a day during their stay. Upon request, guests can use the laundry service, medical-sport-acupressure massage services of the entire body with aromatic oils, clinical bio-energy treatment and reflexology-foot massage.

The first beach is only 1m away from the villa, in the cove Koromaslinova, 200 meters from the villa, next to Cape Zastup, there is an attractive underwater cave the Zmajevo Uho (Dragon's Ear), very interesting for divers.
Milna has an ACI marina, a tourist information center, many restaurants, some of which have organized food and beverage delivery, cafes and cocktail bars, post office, exchange office, green market in Milan, rent a boat, car, bicycle, diving center, organized excursions to Blaca Monastery, Brac Island, National Parks, Protected Nature Parks, Hvar Island, Pakleni Islands, Vis and Blue Cave on Biševo Island.
